Call of Duty: Dark Ops is a 2010 first-person shooting movie gaming. The experience was designed by Treyarch, released by Activision, and launched globally on Nov 9, 2010 for Microsoft company Microsoftt windows, Console 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii activities consoles, with a individual edition for Manufacturers DS designed by n-Space. Declared on Apr 30, 2010, the activity is the 7th sequel of the Call of Responsibility sequence. It is also the first to be set in the Cool War and the fifth to be set in Globe War II. It is the third in the sequence to be designed by Treyarch, and is linked with the producer's Call of Duty: Globe at War.
Within 24 hours of going for selling, the activity had marketed more than 5.6 thousand duplicates, 4.2 thousand in the U.S. and 1.4 thousand in the UK, splitting the history set by its forerunner Contemporary Combat 2 by some 2.3 thousand duplicates. Capcom launched a subtitled edition in Asia on Nov 18, 2010 and later a Japanese-dubbed edition on Dec 16, 2010. After six several weeks on launch, Activision revealed that Dark Ops had surpassed $1 billion dollars in sales.On Aug 3, 2011, Activision verified that the activity had marketed over 25 thousand duplicates globally, making it one of the best-selling activities of all time in the US, UK and European countries. A follow up, Call of Duty: Dark Ops II, was already released on Nov 13, 2012.
